Absolutely amazing experience! I came here today with my son, and we were treated so well. Our server was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The galbi was fantastic, the side dishes were delicious, the cold noodles were perfect, and the dessert was the perfect ending to an already wonderful meal. Every detail was amazing, from the food to the service. We will definitely be back! This is now the place I’ll bring any friends or family visiting Dallas. Highly recommend!

Koryo Korean BBQ is our favorite Korean restaurant, and we always enjoy dining here! The food is consistently delicious, and the quality has kept us coming back over the years. We love the variety of banchan (side dishes), which are always fresh and flavorful. Our favorite entrée is the marinated short ribs., they’re tender, perfectly seasoned, and always cooked just right. We also enjoy the purple rice and appreciate the complimentary sweet drink served after the meal to end a satisfying meal. It’s the perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. The biggest reason we keep coming back, though, is Holly. We always ask to sit in her section because she is incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to her work. She goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, and her outstanding service makes every visit special. She is a true asset to the restaurant. Great food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere keep us coming back time and time again. We highly recommend Koryo Korean BBQ!

I've always looked forward to coming back to Koyro Korean Barbecue whenever I'm in Dallas, so I was excited to bring my family when my daughter came home. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't quite the experience I remembered. The food was still good, and the staff was friendly, but it felt like some of what made this place special has changed. One thing that caught me off guard was a spicy teriyaki-style dipping sauce with jalapeños that wasn't explained to us. I mistakenly treated it like one of the side dishes, and it was much hotter than expected. Also, one of the things I used to enjoy most was cooking the food at the table, but that no longer seems to be part of the experience. For a bill approaching $300 for our family, I expected a little more. Overall, it was still a good meal, but not quite as memorable as it used to be. I hope they can bring back some of the experience that made this one of my favorite Korean barbecue spots.

You must try the raw beef here! I came here for >20 times for the past 3 years and the food quality is always excellent. The customer service is great as well.

The food was so good, we eat Korean bbq often this was our first charcoal experience. It was different flavors on food we already love . The place is small and clean . Our waitress was aweful. That being said - you could clearly hear wait staff around us , by the end we were laughing about how we clearly just got the worst one because everyone else we could hear were so much nicer, offering help .. explaining things etc . The hostess was smiling and friendly then our waitress came over, no hello-didn’t even ask if wanted drinks just said “ did you pick your meat?” Not even have you ever been here ? lol it was ridiculous an did not match the experience. We have no clue what the purple rice was because she didn’t offer it but the table next to us were nice enough to show us theirs .. the rib/steak dinner option we ordered was awesome.. we also added japchai (sp?). And Bulgolgi .. that is normally my fav , it was really good- but compared to the rib/steak meats on the charcoal there was no comparison- rib/steak for the win .. personally my fav went to the dry aged one . Over all we definitely will come back we really enjoyed it , I definitely will ask for a different waitress if luck
